JAY MALONEY​
​
Jay is President and CFO of OLI. In this role, he oversees all elements of OLI's Cross Industry Strategic Solutions offerings, advises his counterparts in leadership on operational excellence, and oversees all aspects of the firms financials.

As past President of Maloney Aerospace Advisors and a former Vice President of Fleet Services at Boeing, Jay is a top advisor to airlines, MROs, OEMs and adjacent industries (e.g., marine, space, oil/gas) on development and implementation of strategic and tactical solutions.
Jay spent 17 years at Boeing becoming a seasoned executive, including vice president of Fleet Services. He was instrumental in architecting new program offerings and new services platforms providing leadership and oversight of integrated teams consisting of sales, contracts, legal, marketing and supplier management. He is a deliberative and strategic leader proficient at people, operations, and project management, and adept at issue resolution and solution approaches. Jay is expert at applying statistics and data to innovative approaches with a strong commitment to achieving organizational goals. He is focused on budgetary efficiencies, team dynamics, scalability and operational success. Jay has a proven track record in helping ensure strategic elements are understood and accepted by key stakeholders resulting in successfully integrating complex operational and business models with customers and internal stakeholders.
Jay has over 30 years of aerospace experience, beginning his career as an aerospace instructor on electrical systems, before accepting a position at Continental Airlines in Pilot Training. His career then took him to the Pacific Northwest working for Alaska Airlines, where he rose to the position of Director of Engineering. During his 17 years at Boeing he rose to the position of Vice President. He retired to start his own consulting business in 2017. As a consultant, Jay enjoys applying his expertise to help organizations improve operational performance and achieve their business goals.
